Sarah O’Gorman

The 2022 All Ireland Senior Fiddle Champion Sarah O’Gorman hails from the Sliabh gCua area of West Waterford. All-Ireland Senior Fiddle Slow Airs, Senior Miscellaneous, The Fiddler of Dooney and The Ed Reavy International Fiddler of The Year, are only but a few titles Sarah holds. She is also a member of the All-Ireland Senior Céilí band champions Taobh na Mara.

In 2016, Sarah was the tutor for the Sliabh gCua Instrumental music group in Scór na nÓg. The group won both Munster and the All-Ireland titles, the first time both titles were won by a Waterford group.
